Returns / Exchange Policy

  1. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIME SCALE ESTIMATES?

    Please see below for general postage costs and delivery timescales. Please e-mail us if you require any further help / assistance. 

POSTAGE COST FLAT RATE:

GBP: £6.50 

USD: $8.60

EURO: 7.80

  1. European Customers: (e.g. ENGLAND, GERMANY, BELGIUM, FRANCE etc...) allow upto 4-7 working days for your parcel to arrive after you place your order.

  2. International Customers: (e.g. USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA etc...) allow upto 7-10 days for your parcel to arrive after you place your order.

  1. Rest of the world: allow upto 5-12 working days for your parcel to arrive after you place your order.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? 

We hope that you will love everything you buy from Gabbii Swimwear, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any full priced item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

When returning items to us, please do not remove any labels or tags. We recommend you re-using the postage bag that you received your order in. You can simply turn the postage bag inside out and use this to send your returns/exchanges back to us.

If you are unsure of your size, please drop us an e-mail and we will be happy to help you select the perfect size for your body shape / size.

We recommend you purchase a couple of sizes in the same style to try on in your first order. You can then send back the items that do not fit you for a FULL refund.

Postage costs for all returns / exchanges must be paid for the customer.  If you wish to EXCHANGE your swimwear size / style we are happy to send your new items to you at no extra cost (we will pay the postage fees for the re-delivery of your new items). 

Please Note: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on any sale / special offer orders.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 

  1. If you would like to return / exchange an item to us please fill in the returns form and re-pack your parcel. Please notify us of your intention to return the item by email online.

    Returns Procedure:

    Please send the return / exchange back to us by traceable post (eg. Royal mail recorded / Airsure / Special Delivery / DHL / Fedex / Hermes / UPS)

    How do I return my parcel?

    Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

    1. Repack the item with labels and tags still attached.
    2. Please fill out and include your returns form inside the parcel.
    3. Send to the Gabbii returns address (found on the returns sheet).
    4. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
    5. Keep your certificate of postage safe as your will need this as your proof of return.

 

What are the rules of Spin To Win?

 

  1. Each customer may only spin the wheel once per month.
  2. You must accept the first prize you win, If you spin again and win a second prize this is not valid. 
  3. You have 30 minutes to complete your order if you win. 
  4. If you have problems with the wheel / checkout please 'screen' shot your issues and e-mail us directly. (info@gabbiiswimwear.com) If you fail to take a screen shot of your issue we have the right to decline your claim. 
  5. There are no exchanges / refunds on free gifts.
  6. There are no exchanges or refunds on discount prizes.
  7. Please check your size against our sizing chart before you complete your order to avoid disappointment.
  8. Due to high demand, your order may take longer to arrive than usual. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. (hopefully we can get your prizes to you quicker!)
